[Osaka University] Japanese Language self-study site

School of Foreign Studies, Osaka University

Description

Japanese Language self-study site was created with the concept of helping beginner Japanese learners to learn in a fun and easy-to-understand way. In Lesson 1, you can learn “Hiragana and Katakana” and in Lesson 2, you can learn “Greetings and numbers”. In Lessons 3 to 15, you can listen to examples of conversation while watching skit videos set in Japan, and learn the necessary sentence patterns and vocabulary for each situation. Skits in Lessons 3 to 15 consist of a series of stories in which Japanese language learners come to Japan and travel to cafes, tourist information centers, hotels, and tourist spots, so that you can enjoy the stories while seeing the real Japan on video. The sentence patterns and vocabulary in the skits cover the basic sentence patterns needed for beginner learners and expressions useful for travel.
