ICC accounts (Wi-Fi, email, Zoom, Moodle, etc.)

On-campus services that require an ICC account

If you are teaching a class for the first time in the new academic year and wish to use the campus Wi-Fi, etc., please obtain an "ICC Account" issued by the ICC (Information Collaboration Center for Comprehensive Information Technology) in advance.

An ICC account is required to use each of the following services.

  • Wi-Fi on campus
  • Instructor's waiting room/classroom PC login
  • University email address
  • University Zoom Account
  • TUFS Moodle
  • University Google Classroom

You can apply for an account online or in writing at the appropriate office for your affiliation.

Online Application

The URL of the web form for online application is not open to the public.
If you wish to apply online, please refer to the "Information on Classes" issued by the Academic Affairs Division, which has already been sent to the person in charge of the class, and contact ICC. Please note that if you are able to come to the university, you can submit a written application at the office in charge.
In all cases, it takes several days to issue an account. Please apply as soon as possible.

Please follow the procedure described on the following page of the ICC website and submit your application in writing. Our office (Room 202, Research and Lecture Building) is the contact point for the majority of professors who teach classes in the Research and Lecture Building.

It takes a few days to issue an account. Please apply as soon as possible.
(As a general rule, the application period closes on Monday of each week and the date of issuance is the Friday of that week.)
