There are four meeting rooms in the Headquarters Administration Building: Main Conference Room, Medium Conference Room, Small Conference Room 1, and Small Conference Room 2. These are under the control of the General Affairs Section, so please check there for information on how to make reservations.
Although the facilities are outside the jurisdiction of this room, the following is a description of the facilities in each meeting room for reference.

HDMI cables are not available at the venue, so you will need to prepare and bring your own separately.
usage rules
There are two HDMI or VGA wall input terminals to which cables can be plugged. What is projected on the projector is selected by a switcher in the AV rack in the equipment room. The main power supply is located at the top of the AV rack; turning it on activates the system; only the Blue Ray deck is not interlocked, so it must be turned on separately if used.

middle conference room

The projector will use a wireless HDMI transmitter/receiver instead of an HDMI cable to project images.
usage rules
A wireless HDMI transmitter/receiver is connected to the PC and projected on the projector. What is projected on the projector can be changed by the switcher in the AV rack; the system is activated by turning on the main power in the AV rack.

Small meeting room 1

This is a conference room for face-to-face meetings with chairs set up around a large long desk. There is no microphone or AV system.
usage rules
If you wish to project your slides on a screen, you will need to bring a separate projector or other equipment.

Small Meeting Room 2

This is a meeting room for face-to-face meetings with chairs around a long desk and a relatively large 55-inch TV.
usage rules
HDMI cables are permanently installed, so if you bring in your PC, you can display it on your TV.
