Thank you very much for your assistance in setting up the equipment to hold the workshop, and for your support in every detail.
The instruction on how to operate the Zoom has solved a long-standing question. From now on, I will be at ease in the high-flex study group.

Thank you very much for your advice and support during the hybrid face-to-face and online meeting at the Hongo satellite the other day. Before Corona, we held a regular face-to-face meeting at the satellite, during Corona we held an online meeting, and this was the first time in four years that we held a hybrid meeting with a face-to-face meeting at the satellite. However, the staff from the support office gave us a clear explanation of how to set up the microphone, camera, Zoom, etc., with demonstrations, and further explained how to use the Zoom! The support office provided us with easy-to-understand explanations of how to set up the microphone, camera, and Zoom, as well as the necessary equipment and cables, and somehow we were able to hold the event without a hitch. The explanation on the Support Office's website (schematic diagram of the setup, etc.) was also very helpful. However, when I spoke to the support office after the event to thank them for their help, they also gave me advice on how to solve the problems, which will be helpful for the next time.   The Corona disaster was a challenge, but Zoom and other remote communication technologies became familiar to many of us. We understand that there may be an aspect of holding a hybrid of research groups that makes you nervous that something will go wrong, but we often hear that "the event was more successful than in previous years when online participants were also added.
