Prometheus Hall Simultaneous Interpretation Facilities Overview
- The ceiling-mounted infrared transmitter allows simultaneous interpretation of up to 3 channels and 3 languages.
- There are approximately 360 child units available. (There are not enough for everyone due to the prome capacity of 500)
- There are a total of three simultaneous interpretation rooms/booths, with three pairs of team interpreters, for a total of six simultaneous interpreters.

Scope of Support
- Prometheus Hall's Simultaneous Interpretation Facility (hereinafter referred to as "the facility") is a highly professional system that plays an important role in international lectures and multilingual events. Anyone can use the system, though,In principle, the system is operated on a self-service basis.
- Tongtong facilities are highly specialized, and the Education Informatization Support OfficeWe do not provide support beyond basic operational guidance.Inquiries to the installer/manufacturer are required to confirm usage and troubleshoot problems,Immediate response is not possible.Before using this facility, carefully rehearse and check its operation by referring to the usage manual on this page and the manufacturer's instruction manuals located in the same communication room,It is the responsibility of the organizer to fully understand how to use the equipment.
Request for Shared Use
- Tongdong facilities are checked for operation and minimally repaired by an outside contractor during a periodic inspection once a year (August-September), but no routine operation checks are performed. For this reason,Shared use based on common sense and good manners among userswill be.

Reservation Procedure
- Hall Reservations
- Tonguing facilities are locked at all times. It will not be unlocked during normal hall reservations,When using the facilities, be sure to apply to the Facilities Planning Section at the time of hall reservation, stating that you will be using the same facilities.On the day of the event, based on the application,Guardroom opens and closes the lock according to the time of use.We will do so.
