I want to use my laptop in class, but I don't know how to connect it to the projector or electronic blackboard."

I'm planning to give a Zoom class, but I'm not sure how to set it up, so I need your help."

'This is my first time teaching in that classroom, so I need to know how to use the microphones and other classroom equipment.'

In such cases, please use "Reservation Support".

How to apply

Please select how you would like to schedule Classroom Support. (If you are in a hurry, please come to our office or call us to make a request)

Please come to Room 202 of the Research and Lecture Building.
  • It will be easier if you come during the lunch break or about 15 minutes after the class starts.
    • The breaks between classes are busy due to the delivery of loaned equipment.
    • A representative may be unavailable for 15 minutes immediately after the start of class for rush support for troubleshooting.

We will ask you about your support needs.
  • Please let us know what kind of support you would like.
  • If you tell us what kind of class you would like to teach, we will suggest what kind of support we can provide.

You will be asked to fill out an application form.
  • You will be asked to fill out a "Classroom Support Request Form.
  • If you have equipment available for loan, you will also be asked to fill out an "Equipment Loan Request Form.
