The Educational Informatization Support Office (Room 202) provides brief lectures of a few minutes in length at any time upon request.

We will also consider training for multiple participants in the use of audiovisual/ICT equipment upon request.

Electronic Blackboard Lecture　(No appointment necessary, 5-15 minutes)

A brief lecture on electronic blackboards is available in the Educational Informatization Support Room (Room 202), using actual equipment.

Lectures are available on a one-on-one basis, as needed, so please feel free to come to Room 202.

TIPS
  • Electronic blackboards have many functions. It would be inefficient to tell you about all of them, so if you have an image of how you would like to use the electronic blackboard, such as "This is the kind of class I want to have! If you have an image of how you would like to use the electronic blackboard, please let us know in advance. We will pinpoint the usage that directly relates to your class.
  • We also welcome the request, "First, I'd like to take a look at what we can do! We welcome such requests. We will demonstrate all of the common uses of the system, so please feel free to imagine how it can be used in your classes.

  • Since the break time between each period is busy with the delivery of loaner equipment, please come 15 minutes after the start of class to ensure a smooth transition.
  • The person in charge may be unavailable due to support appointments or other reasons. In addition, the person in charge may interrupt or cut off the lecture in the middle of a lecture when a request for rush support comes in. We appreciate your understanding.

Currently, we do not have any training programs scheduled to be implemented. If you have any requests, we will consider implementing the training, so please contact us.
