The university recommends the use of MOE (Moodle) as a learning support system, but Google Classroom may also be used at the discretion of faculty members. However, please note that the university does not provide support for Google Classroom.

IT Consultation

Currently, there is no consultation service for general PC problems, etc. Please contact the manufacturer for PC or software problems, or use an outside organization if necessary.

(If you have a compelling and reasonable reason to conduct classes, you may consult with our office. However, assistance is only at the level of advice and does not promise a solution. Please note that you are responsible for your own personal PC settings and e-mail settings not directly related to the class, as well as for troubleshooting problems related to PCs and equipment in the laboratory that are not under the control of this office).

Repair Request

The place to request repairs differs depending on the subject of the damage or malfunction. If necessary, please report to the "Inquiries about Classes, etc." listed in the "Guide to Classes for Academic Year 2023" issued by the Academic Affairs Division. If the damage is urgent, such as when it interferes with a class, please contact the Office. The office will refer the matter to the department in charge.

air conditioning

Most classrooms in the Research and Lecture Building are centrally air-conditioned. A temperature control window has not been opened. If necessary, please report to the "Inquiries about Classes, etc." listed in the "Guide to Classes for Academic Year 2023" issued by the Educational Affairs Section. In case of an urgent need, such as a disruption of classes, please contact this office. The office will refer the matter to the department in charge.

For ICT-related consultation for students and student groups, please use the Student Affairs Section counter or "TASUSAPO" depending on the nature of the consultation.
