We provide support for troubleshooting ICT/AV equipment during classes, lectures on how to use classrooms for the first time, and assistance in setting up online classes.
Type of support
- Please call us directly from the classroom in case of trouble. (Tel 042-330-5417)
- Support will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.Reservation support will be given priority.
- Support is available on the date and time of your appointment.
- We generally do not provide support for an entire class. The support will be for setting up before the class starts and for 10 minutes after the class starts until it stabilizes.
- Please request rush support for any problems that arise thereafter.

We have compiled a list of common problems and how to deal with them. You can also post your own commonly encountered problems and discuss how to solve them.
Conference events outside of regular classes are outside the scope of support provided by the Educational Informatization Support Office, but advice on preparation and lectures on how to operate equipment are available. We introduce how to prepare for and recommend settings for simultaneous face-to-face & online (HyFlex format) events.
